1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by 7 West Staging ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

7 West Staging provides professional home staging services including vacant staging, occupied staging, consultations, and related services for residential properties. All services are subject to availability and a signed staging agreement.

3. Quotes and Proposals

Quotes and proposals are valid for the period stated therein. Prices are subject to change prior to execution of a signed agreement. A signed agreement and deposit payment are required to confirm any staging installation date.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the staging agreement executed between the parties. Deposits are non-refundable once an installation date has been confirmed and crew/movers have been scheduled. Balances are due per the payment structure selected at the time of agreement.

5. Staging Term and Renewal

The initial staging term begins on the installation date and runs for the number of days specified in the agreement. If furniture has not been removed by the end of the term, a weekly renewal rate will apply. The client is responsible for scheduling a destage at the end of the term.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled installation and removal dates
Ensure the property is clean and ready for staging prior to the installation date
Not move, remove, or damage staged furnishings during the staging term
Notify us promptly of any damage to staged items

7. Damage and Liability

The client is responsible for any damage to staged furnishings or décor occurring during the staging term. 7 West Staging is not liable for any damage to the property caused by normal staging activities. We carry general liability insurance; details available upon request.

8. Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a scheduled installation may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in the staging agreement.

9. Agent Portal

Access to the agent portal is granted at our discretion. Portal users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activity conducted through their account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the platform, including staging photos and designs, is the property of 7 West Staging. You may not use our content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7 West Staging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
